The location, I love Great Yarmouth and the guest house is in the ideal location

The shower was used by other people and located down the hall passed other rooms and my partner and I felt like we couldn’t use it I was greeted I felt quite rudely when all I was asking was for some help on the parking as I wasn’t sure how to operate it. She pointed out that I’d only just booked it and that I shouldn’t be there yet which I found rather rude and abrupt. We chose not to have breakfast on the first morning as the small dining room/lounge was full and nobody was there to greet us when we stood at the door so we went out and paid again for it. We was also told that we can’t eat in the room which is ludicrous and controlling so had no option but to eat out. The WiFi was terrible and didn’t work. The room has paint peeling off the walls and tea/coffee stains and extremely dusty (pictures taken ) we had no sleep as loud guests stood directly under our windows smoking and swearing and being loud (3am in the morning on both nights thus was happening) she did make us a sandwich to go which was welcomed. I thought it was extremely tight that when the cups were changed on the Sunday that they didn’t even bother to put a couple of biscuits with them even though they were aware we didn’t any breakfast on the first morning and then just 1 plain sandwich the next this seemed to be money grabbing and little thought of us as guests and no going the extra mile. I messaged to say we went out for breakfast and they didn’t bother to ask why?! I ran holiday parks for 20 years and I was shocked to the lack of care given to us as guests and feel entirely ripped off!!

Everything was top notch. Lovely owners, great breakfast, clean room, fantastic location. It's 3rd time we are staying there and it's always perfect.
