The time away

Rule and regulations were a bit abrupt. , should be able swap items at breakfast, and if the room is. Ready can't see a problem having the room early, like we have many time at other places .but still happy and a pleasant and welcoming place too stay

"Relaxing, beautiful with a gorgeous breakfast."

Joanne was a magnificent host, so friendly and really enjoyed our breakfast chats. The guest house was beautifully cleaned and the room had everything that we wanted. Just a 2 minute stroll to the beach so the location was perfect, and as its on a side road there was no evening noise at all. Will definently look to re book when we are back up that way.

Nothing at all, a perfect get away for the two of us.

Location from the seafront.Very nice host.Lovely room.I like the items for sale in the lobby and the honesty box idea

Bed a little uncomfortable but adequate.Would of liked to have kept the parking space at the back for another couple of hours after checkout

Great sized family room for us and our toddler (double, single bed and travel cot provided). Location perfect- beach and all the arcades, shops and bars a few minutes walk away. Marina centre and sealife centre very close. A quiet and well maintained building. good breakfast to get the day started. Parking permit for 24 hours per night of your stay which meant we could park right outside and makes a huge difference when weighing up cost/value/convenience of other places.

The pillows were a bit flat so if this is a big deal for you maybe ask for a spare. We were so tired from our days out that we barely noticed!
