"Prize winning SANDCASTLES"

The hosts were so nice. The roos were clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast in the morning. The b&b was yards from promenade and very central.

The room and communal areas were very clean.The breakfast was cooked to perfection. Towels were nice and thick. Property is within easy walking distance of both the town centre and promenade.

There is a steep and narrow flight of stairs to the rooms which I feel should be mentioned, as the rooms could be inaccessible to less able guests. The pillows and duvet were not of good quality and the bedding seems tired and cheap. The shower cubicle is very small, with nowhere to put shampoo etc., other than on the shower base, but the cubicle is too small to bend down
