THE BOTHY SUITE BY TEMPLE WOOD

Location was remote but just what we were looking for. Comfy beds and had a good night sleep.

No living room or proper kitchen area but space was good for what we needed.

we were very happy with our stay. Our hosts were amazing. The location of the property really lovely. The beds were super comfortable and my friend and I had amazing sleeps both nights we stayed. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Beautiful outside sitting area. We were lucky to travel and visit the area during very hot weather, so being able to sit out in partial shade was brilliant. We really cannot fault anything. The shower was really big, which perfectly suited me due to disability. The property was spotless and everything brilliant.

There is nothing negative I can say about this accommodation. Everything was excellent.

Very welcoming, with a lovely bathroom and both bedrooms well appointed and laid out.

Breakfast was as advertised, however if one wants a cooked breakfast you do have to travel away from the site. Also this is probably only pertinent to my self but I am allergic to plug in air freshners.

The location is excellent and the genral Kilmartin area exceptionally beautiful (knew this from previous visits). Location information was very useful and accurate. Parking was OK.

The information provided via Booking.com gave the impression that it was an annexe to the main house: in fact it is a basement beneath it. The description of the accommodation as a 'suite' is misleading: there are two small and dark bedrooms and a very small bathroom. The corridor in between is hardly big enough to sit in: it is simply a corridor/entrance hall. The 'suite' is noisy with the sounds of walking of the owners and family walking around in the rooms above, plus chairs scraping, and loud conversation that comes down a stairwell from the upstairs with only a thin door at the foot of t he internal stairs.

Very well presented rooms, very clean. As long as you have a car, all the local attractions are within reach. Breakfast was nice and as described, just a little cramped when making it! Host was lovely!

Expensive, but these are probably the nicest rooms in the area (including most hotels).

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent facilities provided for substantial self serve breakfast and coffee making. Nice shower room. Good communication from owner.
