Beautifully landscaped, lighted, and stone-constructed facility located in the countryside. Geese and hens next door. Seating outside facing a flowered garden with six mature olive trees. Jacuzzi. Large comfortable room. Great breakfasts served indoors or outside. Wonderful hostess. Off street parking. Easy drives to a half dozen or more attractions including Matera, Martina Franca, Alberobello, and Ostuni.

The room was fresh with the window open but a bit stuffy at night.
