"Superb"

Pros Had a pleasant stay at golden king guest. The room is super clean & the balcony view is good facing mountains. The cot is clean with soft pillows. Dnosha the host is really amazing and friendly. We had an amazing tasty home food when we arrived. If one is a pet lover then definitely this is the best place for them, we had a chance to play with cute little Teddy, Simba a grown beauty welcomes you & there are birds too. Also to mention you can see the monkeys playing from the balcony. Good entertainment. We can't forget the stay in Nuwara eliya.

Cons Nothing much, just a few things to be added in the toilet 1. Soap holder or a place to keep your toiletries. 2. Insect net 3. Lock from outside

Was really good, honest, clean stay. Kind and helpful hosts and nice facilities. Got tasty tea when arriving and were able to ask questions and receive additional service!

The budget room has no windows but we were able to choose which room so it was totally ok

Very kind and helpful hosts! Very nice room, with a beautiful view. The owners helped out a lot planning our stay and travel. The breakfast was incredibly delicious.

The shower only had cold water.

This is one of the best stays we had in Sri Lanka. We stayed for 2 nights and we wished we could have stayed for longer just because of how nice the owner and his family were. He offered to pick us up from the bus station, just because he was around at the time. He offered us a tour around the tea plantations, the near waterfalls, and he even showed us the where to get good vegetables/fruits. They also have two really sweet birds! (originally that was the reason be booked this accom and it was a great choice!)

The wifi didn't work.

"Pleasant"

They were nice and helpful. It was quiet as it is away from the noise of the city

2 out of 3 times it was a cold shower and when there was finally hot water it ran somewhat slowly. Not so nice when it's in the mountains where it's cold in the morning. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special. WiFi only works slowly. Do not take the room for the mountain view. You see mostly ugly roofs and trash in the backyard
