A lovely setting and a very comfortable room and beds. The host is lovely, very friendly and happy to offer suggestions for dining and other activities. We immensely enjoyed our stay at Joan B+B. Highly recommended.

"The owner makes the place"

Joan is a supper kind lady who made us feel very welcome. The room was super clean and tidy. The bathroom smelled nice and was also clean. For breakfast, Joan gave us so many options and made sure we were happy with what we had. The place itself is a nice and cozy house, not too far from clonakilty and close to inchydoney strand, which allowed us to go for a walk at sunset.
