A lovely view and the property is in a quiet spot. Joan is lovely. Very attentive and helpful. Such a friendly lady who makes a fantastic breakfast.

A little way out of town but we loved the peace and quiet.

Joan is a friendly and welcoming host. We had a very comfortable double room with a great view. Excellent breakfast. The location is very peaceful. Any keen birdwatchers need only walk a few hundred yards along the lane to see herons, oyster catchers and egrets.
