Está ubicado en una zona tranquila pero al lado del centro, a 2 minutos del reloj a pie. Es una zona con muchos restaurantes y bares familiares y con todos los servicios. La casita tiene un ambiente mágico, está dentro del terreno de una antigua iglesia preciosa aunque abandonada. Se accede por una valla que da a la calle. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, está muy limpia y muy bien decorada y mantenida. El dueño estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nuestra comodidad, nos recomendó sitios de interés, restaurantes, supermercados y una lavandería que estaba muy cerca y muy bien de precio. Si tuviera que volver a Tiflis volvería a este lugar sin duda y lo recomendaría.
