3 Heritage Rooms

This was the second time I stayed here - still the same perfect place three years later. Wonderful location in the old town, right next to a boarded up abandoned church. Kahka was a great host, always responding to any messages. It's peaceful and like a little retreat right in the middle of Tbilisi. My apartment was a duplex with the bed upstairs and living space downstairs. Had everything I needed. Check in and check out were very easy and straightforward, the place is easy to find and has two entrances - either street side or through the churches courtyard. Great price too! 10/10 would stay again.

Nice small hotel (3 rooms) in Old Tbilisi. Charming environment near an old abandoned church and close to tourist attractions, restaurants and pubs.

There is a room a bit small and 2 others bigger and more comfortable, which are recommended.

Excellent host, great location and lovely room. Kakha stayed up for a 2am check-in after our flight was delayed, gave us lots of recommendations, a bottle of wine and kindly agreed to store our luggage when we went away for a few days

Beautiful setting in the old church yard. The loft is really well laid out, really clean. Great to have two bathrooms. Amazing area and close to everything.

We didn’t get bedding for the sofa bed to have the option. It was fine because we used the twin beds but it would be good to have the option.
