"Amazing Experience"

It was an amazing experience. Even though we arrived at the hotel at midnight, we never had any problems. Everyone was very helpful. As soon as we arrived, Kakha gifted us a bottle of wine. It was an incredible experience being in the churchyard. We were incredibly pleased with the room and service.

The bathroom faucet broke but Kakha fixed the problem immediately.

"Old town gem"

Amazing location in a quiet street in the heart of the old town. Shops, restaurants, bars, public transportation super close to property. Apartment itself is very comfortable and recently renovated. Industrial elements used in the design that blend with perfectly with the historic pieces(floor, cupboards, main door). Toilet amenities, extra towels, coffee/tea and a fast WI-FI. Property also features an outdoor sitting area right next to an old church. Perfect place where to enjoy some wine and come up with ideas what to do next in lovely Tbilisi. Owner - amazing person!!! Met us in the centre and guided to the property via small shortcuts. Showed the apartment, gave us a lot of useful tips and a welcome drink(whole bottle of wine). Was in touch with us during our stay making sure we feel comfortable and was ready to help at any given time. A real gem for the asking price!!!

Lovely place with well equipped apartments. The apartment was warm not considering the cold water in Tbilisi when we visited. Good location and spotless apartments. A small welcome gift waited us in the room that made the stay even better. The communication before and during our stay with the host was smooth and he gave us a lot of tips on places in the area.

Everything was perfect.

Very clean, nice interior, friendly host and good location

The area is worn out but I knew it from reviews and since I’ve never stayed in such locations I wanted to experience it. My dad didn’t like it but I did.

Everything was nice, the location, the apartment, I got so many compliments from my friends who visited me. We even did a small photo session there, which was a success

Not too much outdoor lighting, so it was a bit hard with my sewing hobby)
