Property is located at a prime location which is near to Freedom Square from one side and Bridge of peace from the other side. Quite neighbourhood however area looks bit rusty in the beginning however you will get used to it within few hours.

If solo female traveller i may not recommend. Since i was with family it worked.

Everything was perfect

In short: everything. Stunning old cottage that has been renovated beautifully. Enormous living area downstairs, with the bedroom and a second bathroom upstairs. The courtyard is incredibly atmospheric, with a church that is literally older than my country (Australia) - great spot to eat breakfast outdoors in the sunlight. Kakha, the owner, was honestly one of the highlights. Right from the beginning he went above and beyond, picking me up from the train station, taking me to an ATM (at the moment they’re cash-only, which wasn’t a problem at all!), giving me some really fantastic recommendations for restaurants, wine cellars, activities etc. nearby. He gave a little tub of adjika made by his mother as a goodbye gift, which is an unbelievably touching gesture. I cannot congratulate him enough on the wonderful business he has created, and he deserves every success. Stay here. You will not regret it for a second! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Tbilisi.

Perfect place in Old Tbilisi, just 50 m to street with local restaurant and market. Host is very helpful ans gives a lot of tips. Strongly recommend!

It was an unforgettable and wonderful stay. 1, Accessibility and safety A few minutes walk from Freedom Square. Only the first time I was a little nervous because I didn't know the entrance, but Kakha came out to meet me right away. I felt protected in the grounds of an old church, and I felt safe staying there even as a woman alone! 2, Stylish. A tasteful room that looks great in photos. 3, Totally quiet despite being in the heart of the city. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves quietness. 4、Kakha's kindness and sincerity. The information he gave me on tourist information (currency exchange, restaurants, etc.) was accurate. Thank you so much.

The location is just perfect. It’s close to everything, walking distance to the historical sites, shops and restaurants. The church at the backdrop gives a special vibe to the place and the apartment itself is very authentic. It gives a special vibe. It was also clean and fresh. The host Kakha was very helpful and accommodating. He was always in touch, giving recommendations or helping arranging excursions around Georgia. He was also very accommodating and understanding in terms of early arrival and late check out and I could stay in the apartment without any inconveniences.
