Nothing - it is a lovely renovated building set amongst slightly more dilapidated buildings but that added to the charm for us

"Hidden Gem in the old town."

Located in the heart of Tbilisi old town and easy access to all major places in the town. Nice bar and restaurant nearby / just few mins walk to the shopping street. Our host really helpful, he provided all important information of us and all good suggestions about the good places to see / eat / buy.

You should not miss this unique property!! it looks old from outside but you will love the inside. The old hose has been tastefully renovated. The location is just perfect too, closed to many sightseeing by walk distance.

The owners were super helpful - they even called a taxi for us when we were at the airport and gave us tons of recommendations for things to see and do in Tbilisi. They were available 24/7 on Whatsaap. The accommodation was very clean and in a perfect location, walking distance to everything.
