Very nice place to stay if you visit Tbilisi for the first time. Living right next to abandoned armenian church (1701!) is a best experience. Host is very nice.

host was polite and helpful, and he understood our situation and let us check out early.

Room was very small. Not cleaned, there were not even water placed in the room. I booked for 2 nights but checked out immediately after 4 hours. The room was very scary, it looked alike haunted place. Very ill structured property. Doesn’t worth the money. booking.com should do something for these kind of properties.
