Great Location and comfortable accommodation. Host Kaxa is the best, he is very nice and welcoming!

The location of this place ..its a walking distance to all main sightseeing places. Being a solo traveller, it was quite comfortable . There were some restaurants around & carrefour at 9 to 10 mins distance, so basically, this place has the best location . The owner, -Kakha, was very kind n shared all things to do around and all close by restaurant recommendations.. he is always available on wats app. The WiFi was quite good also .So overall, this place is good if u lukg for something simple n clean n close by to all good monuments n local hangouts

It was an old style and historical but renovated house. Very clean, cozy and beautiful. It was even better than the pictures. House is located in the yard of an old church, a little bit dark at nights but seemed completely safe.

There were no stove and iron.

Lovely quiet room conveniently located close to the centre. With a tranquil outdoor space where you can enjoy your bottle of wine in peace. A special mention for the host, Kakha, who went out of his way to ensure that our stay was wonderful. We really appreciated our time here.

Excellent place in the center of Old Tbilisi. Very comfy room with a conditioner, a fridge and a kettle. The host was very kind and he waited us even though we checked-in at about 1am. There is also a small chill/work zone outside the building. The place is quiet and it is located near old Armenian church (closed).

Sometimes you can hear neighbors from the other room of this hotel, but it's not a big problem.

Great location in an authentic old Tbilisi neighborhood. There is no lobby or reception, but staff messaged me with suggestions and arrived quickly when I needed assistance.

Ideal location only 2 min walk from Liberty square direction old town, central but quiet, unique location if you stay in the room facing the church. Comfy room, strong wifi, nice bathroom.

3 Heritage Rooms is a fabulous accommodation in an ideal location. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, all services, bus stops and a couple of minutes walk to Freedom Square, the heart of the city. The room was immaculate and very well equiped. The place where it is located is so magical, at the feet of an ancient church. The area is very safe and well protected. Comfort is also another asset. I could rest while i visited Tblisi and other places in Georgia. Wifi goes superfast. And the best of all it is his owner Kakha. He was supercommunicative, attentive and kind at all times. He helped me with all the things that i could not reach by myself due to the language barrier in some cases. All in all, I, of course, give this accommodation the highest score because it really deserves it and worthes it. If you have not decided yet what place to book to stay for your next holidays in this beautiful country, follow my advice and do not hesitate to reserve here. You will not regret. გმადლობთ Kakha.
