Wonderful bed and breakfast, off road parking, very friendly hosts, great breakfast. Loads of power sockets in the room. A little fridge which contained treats.

This place is a stunner. Easy to find following instructions from the host. Good off street parking and a warm welcome. The whole place was in pristine condition, very well maintained. The room was right up there with any hotel or B&B we have used before. Nice touches in the room with a well stocked book shelf, a fridge with propper milk (no the usual UHT nonsense ) Multiple options for the superb breakfast freshly cooked quality ingredients in full view of our table. If you are looking for an overnight stay in Northamptonshire this is very centralin the county and well worth it.

Excellent - I was offered a full cooked breakfast but opted for orange juice fresh coffee and toast which was lovely

Unfortunately my hosts had just changed internet provider so I was unable to connect my phone or computer (not a bad thing really ! ) Anyway they were sorting this out so when I stay again all will be fixed

Absolutely amazing hosts! Home cooked breakfast was very nice.

Easy parking, lovely owner and an excellent breakfast. Generous refreshments in the room and a very comfortable bed

Private bathroom is separate to the bedroom and the ceilings are quite low in the bedroom

A beautiful cottage, very well turned out. Wonderful hosts, comfy bed and an amazing breakfast. Lots of little extras here that add an extra touch of quality. We're definitely going back.
