Richard and Tina were so welcoming and friendly. The cottage is beautiful and cosy and we were made some delicious cooked breakfast the morning after our stay. They are wonderful hosts and we had a very comfy sleep and easy to travel to the concert we went to see in sharnbrook. We had complimentary refreshments and snacks, a lovely clean bathroom and shower and the overall experience was just nice and homely. I would definitely recommend.

Very friendly, hostess gave me a lift into work which was incredibly kind and helpful.

Perfect location for my work trip in a quiet residential area. Everything was spotless and comfortable with many thoughtful extras and a great choice at breakfast.

The best overnight stay I’ve had in the UK, absolutely faultless

Very easy to find. Plenty on parking. We were greeted with a welcoming smile. And plenty of info about local facilities. Breakfast was spot on.

Don't think there's a pub in village that does flood. And the shower was just a little weak compared to what we are used too.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating when I let them know our delayed arrival time due to awful traffic conditions. They made us feel very welcome when we finally arrived. It is with no hesitation that if we ever go to Santa Pod again, they will be our first choice. The breakfasts were delicious so went down very well. The room is lovely with ample coffee and tea, bottled water and biscuits. It is a pleasant room and suited us perfectly.
