Got to say The Rooms was an excellent place to stay for our trip to Lytham. Situated a little outside the centre but on a main road in only a 2/3 minute walk into a lovely local area. Plenty of eateries and watering holes. Andy and his team are pleasant and friendly group of folk who are personable and professional. Our accommodation was spotless roomy and comfortable. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order and for me was 10/10. Our stay here was a lovely friendly experience. Thank you Andy.

"Never again"

Put in an attic room Hurt my head on the sloping roof. Room was a triumph of design over practically. Lights were either full on or off. Toilet door kept sliding open. Shower was tiny. Bathroom was part of the bedroom.
