We were welcomed by our friendly host and offered a complimentary drink, this was a great start. The room was lovely, it had everything we could want. The location was ideal for the local shops, bars and restaurants. We both agreed that the breakfast was the best that we have had in a hotel / B&B. We will definitely return and we will recommend to friends and family.

We have no negative comments. It was fab.

Friendly greeting, great host. Beautiful room and massive comfy bed. I would definitely stay again next time I'm visiting Lytham. Breakfast was 10/10.
