"Overnight stay for soul do!"

Loved the room. Very clean and comfortable. We requested a slightly earlier check in and we were accommodated. Met by the owner, glass of wine on arrival too which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent and the owner chatted with us at breakfast. Mutual interest in soul music! We will definitely book The Rooms when we stay in lovely Lytham again. Thank you.

The friendly and welcoming greeting from the host upon our arrival was sublime. The accomodation was excellent and comfortable and the breakfast was superb - nothing was any trouble to the host, Andy - thank you once again for making our stay very enjoyable.. The location was minutes from the lovely town centre - ticked every box!

Nothing to improve with this B&B - it ticked all the boxes and more!

"Truly amazing stay in lytham"

A wonderful place in the heart of lytham, wonderful hospitality from the minute we arrived, we had a perfect room with bath and stunning room facilities. Breakfast was truly the best I’ve tasted .. a lovely couple and without doubt the place to stay in lytham
