"Perfect place to stay"

Andy was both friendly and welcoming and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Started with a complimentary glass of wine which we drank in the suntrap back garden. The room was beautifully presented and had everything you need. Breakfast was to die for. This was our first stay at The Rooms, it won't be our last!

Nothing to dislike.

Full English very good though the Italian breakfast the bacon was VERY crispy, I stabbed with my fork and it shattered off the plate. I did discretely address this with chef Andy, to be told it's meant to be crispy. I did feel uncomfortable. BUT I really enjoyed my stay here. The lady with the black hair was very helpful and went above and beyond

The property was excellent, a well designed room and the bed was comfortable, a great nights sleep, The dining area was modern and the choice of breakfast was superb. Andy and the team provide an amazing service with one of the best breakfasts we have eaten
