We picked this little gem as it is a 2 minute walk to the centre, we definitely picked the best place. On arrival we were offered a beer & wine on the house and sat in the lovely garden out back very relaxing. The host was superb. Our room was pristine and a huge walk in shower with everything we needed ( toiletries) It was quite hot that day but on the landing was a selection of fans to use. After a night out around Lytham we headed back, lovely and quiet area, slept great in the super king-size bed. BREAKFAST what can I say .....absolutely smashed it, partner had the full English I opted for the egg royal neither disappointed the salmon was fresh and lots of it 😋 tea,coffee and a selection of fruit juices, the breakfast menu caters for all taste. All in all we're definitely returning here I really do recommend it

The bedroom was clean and well decorated with all facilities available. The shower room was excellent.
