This is a very nice little hotel, which is located near a noisy street, but the hotel itself is quiet and calm. On the ground floor there is a wonderful restaurant, where nice kind people gather in the evenings. You need to go through this restaurant to get to the stairs and go up to the hotel. The restaurant counter is also the hotel reception. My room was huge, with a large balcony. There are many shops and restaurants around, and you can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes.

Great value for money. The room was huge! Very comfortable bed and couch. Big cupboard for clothes storage. TV was huge and has some good movies for down time. Staff are nice and friendly. Great location in the heart of soi bukhow but tucked away down a quiet street so good for sleeping anytime you want. Will defo come back.

Location was perfect, good value for the price

The mattress was seriously worn off, pillows were horrible, need changing. Sporadic sewage smell from the toilet, but then again, Pattaya itself is one big sewage issue.
