Repeat stay but first time in summer. Lovely garden to add to the comfortable, clean room and warm welcome.

Location, surroundings, guest kitchen and sitting room, striking design.

Those stairs!! Very steep and not designed for older people with suitcases. Some bizarre design features, including a beam above the loo that was exactly in the wrong place, and a cupboard reached by three narrow steps with nothing to hold onto. Victoria kindly arranged an external laundry service - that then charged us £90 for a modest amount of washing.

The room was fantastic and the grounds were spectacular. We wish we had booked it for another night or two. Victoria was wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. Breakfast on the patio was excellent and such an awesome setting. Stay here if you can!

A silly thing but, having to leave our shoes at the entry way every time we entered. Just a bit inconvenient. Next time we'll bring some slip-on's to make it easier. :-)

The design of the building was very interesting. Beautifully designed with the most up to date lighting , showers etc. Very pleasing. The wooden staircase was beautiful and all the materials which had gone into the construction of the house were fabulous.

Our room was rather small. Two singles put together as a double. Possibly better for the children of a family, rather than two adults. Also my husband had anticipated the offer of a full English /Irish breakfast as described on booking.com. But breakfast was very much of the continental variety. We were offered some scrambled eggs but there was nothing wider on offer.

Well appointed. Location close to attractions. Lovely host and good breakfast

Very last minute booking- very easy Beautiful build sympathetic with the existing listed building and the countryside surrounding it. Quite sublime to sit of an evening overlooking the view or take a swim in the beautiful pool. Great fresh breakfast

The B&B totally exceeded our expectations. The location and the facilities bring you a piece of a little paradise. It was lovely. The pool and the garden are a big plus. It's a great place to both relax and to work.

Nothing I can think of. Except we had to leave after one night :-)
