"Lovely rural property."

Quiet setting in the country, close to the places we wanted to visit, Chartwell House and Hever Castle. We were able to walk to one restaurant which was handy, others no more than a 10 minute drive away. Owner, Victoria, friendly and helpful, great breakfast. Lovely comfy bed.

The shower was over the bath which was fine but some grip rails would have been helpful for safety reasons. Wifi was non existent in our room, we had to use the communal lounge area for coverage. Also be aware there is no cell phone coverage.

The accommodation was in lovely surroundings. There was a good choice of things to have for breakfast. The host was friendly .

Everything was as described at the time of booking . Therefore there wasn’t anything that needs to be improved upon .

Gorgeous farm views and a nice place to get her with our friends also staying there. The breakfast experiences were amazing - fully five star!

I was so taken with the view from the bathroom that I forgot we both are arthritic and need a walk-in shower !! Victoria provided the answer with a walk-in we could use on the first floor.
