How could you let your guests to sleep in a room with broken windows? Matrasses are bad news,curtains are untidy dirty,no keys for the gate for guests,you stand in a rain and shout😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Spacious.

There was confusion about the room and my booking. Which was upsetting. But was eventually resolved. Also, it would be great to have portable fans or air conditioning in the rooms. The heat was unforgiving.
