We came there and it was like we were not expected. Their room is right next to the reception, which is a bit odd. We were promised a TV in our room, which wasn't working 🤔. We couldn't get help with that . I was disappointed 😞.

Nothing very bad service

The house is just a brothel. Noise levels too much. Nothing good there

Nothing, I paid extra for comfort, but room was cold door was a bit small so cold air was filling the room

I paid 250r more on arrival to be moved to another room with own insuite, it was terrible , no kettle, no microwave, air was coming through the door, no coffee or sugar like advertised the tv didn't work so the owner came to disturb ur at 21h00 to change the decoder, no jacuzzi like advertised, no toiletries available,like advertised. No breakfast like advertised. Cement floor with no tiles, basically I would never book there again. The receptionist had a gown on untidy and sitting by a heater and was not helpful, we had no key to main gate, so leaving the premises we had to call her everutime we left

The accommodation was not what I expected and when I tried to get a refund it was not granted for the days I didn't stay at the accommodation.
