The remote setting has a panoramic view of the mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Room has separate AC unit. Loved the complimentary bags of chocolates and coffee.

The breakfasts we had were so generous and Byll's culinary presentations were beyond expectations! At first the location seemed to be difficult to reach but after getting there, you couldn't help but be in awe of the view and enjoy the peacefulness.

A view to make any day better, a really good breakfast and coffee, accompanied by two kind, thoughtful, and interesting people dedicated to making our stay memorable. Byll and Cheryl have a gem in the hills, for sure!

It is amazing. The view is fantastic, the house is beautiful, and the hosts are wonderful. We loved 13 Hills and hope to make it our yearly place to rest our heads when we come visit. Everything was truly magnificent.
