13 Hills Bed & Breakfast

Free breakfast was made to order and delicious. Bed was comfortable and appreciated treats the host left. Hosts were friendly; they were there if you needed something but also gave you privacy. There were many little perks provided in the room. Overall great stay.

Byll, Cheryl and Hannah are fabulous hosts and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived to find a sign with my name, to the moment I left with my take away coffee and breakfast. 13 Hills is a beautiful property built with love and dedication to creating a sustainable home. The home is built to make the most of the magnificent views - with the guest quarters taking advantage of the view. Byll takes great pride in serving made to order breakfasts with home roasted coffee. So delicious! To top it all off, 13 Hills also offers a beautiful hot tub with robes and slippers for guest use.

Very happy to have found 13 Hills. Byll and Cheryl are lovely and accommodating. Pros: the hospitality of the hosts, the large breakfast menu (which was very vegan-friendly), the peace and quiet, the views, the hot tub, the fridge and microwave in the room, the chocolate "gifts," and the near blackout curtains. Nice two-night stay. A good hiking option, about an hour away, is Pack Monadnock.

There was nothing that I didn't like, and I would be delighted to stay again. A couple of small things to note: there isn't a lot of extra room, so no great place to put/store bags or items in the bathroom. Also, it was a little dusty here and there (behind doors). These were very minor and didn't detract from our stay.

Our stay at 13 hills bed and Breakfast was nothing short of splendid! Byll was a most gracious host, very warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to provide us with delicious breakfast alternatives and was very accommodating overall. The place itself is a gem nestled in nature overlooking the hills and valleys. The view alone is worth a stay. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and modern. If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like home with a charm and feel of its own with a great host and friendly dog, look no further!

13 Hills Bed and Breakfast is located in a rural location near a small village. My favorite spot is the terrace which overlooks a beautiful view of the mountains. Byll makes a wonderful breakfast! You actually get to pick from a menu which has anything you would want.

Nothing needs to be improved. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing views. They paid attention to details. Great outdoor space and all around architecturally intriguing and beautiful. Gardens were neat to see and walk around. This is a place with heart and soul and a seriously comfy bed 😁also there was road rerouting due to the floods and they were very responsive to updating us about any changes in road conditions. We had a power outage also but this place had solar panels, so we didn't go without power. 🙌
