Vida Nova Kruger

Die Lage war sehr gut. Sehr nahe zum Krügerpark. Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Essen war sehr gut.

Zufahrtsstrassen im Marloth Park waren katastrophal schlecht. Haben uns den Auspuff fast abgerissen. Mit dem Mietwagen in den Park ist nicht zu empfehlen.

This was such a great place! We had a really poor experience checking into a local Airbnb with no electricity and generally a very unclean and unsafe space, and had to find an alternative within a couple of hours. Walking into Vida Nova felt like a paradise at that point. Amanda was welcoming, warm and very keen to make sure we have everything we need. The facility was clean, very comfortable, and safe, quiet and well protected from bugs and mosquitos. The view from the terrace is over the crocodile river and we could hear the hippos all the time. The restaurant is great, food is amazing, and so is the bar & frappes. And the pool! The only thing to comment on is the fact that the rooms are up some steep stairs and we had to carry our heavy luggage up & down ourselves.

Very quiet place.Nice for people who need some valuable rest and breakaway. The staff was nice. The accommodation is facing directly the Crocodile river.

First and foremost it should be clearly indicated on Booking.com website that outside drinks and food not allowed into the facility. It looks deceitful to keep that important information away and people only become aware after securing the non-refundable booking. Please this policy needs to be reviewed. The dinner is very expensive and the quality of the food not looking great.I really wonder if in need there's a professional chef cooking. It looks like all efforts are put into getting the customers to have to commit to have dinner in the facility's restaurant. It sounded a bit too aggressive for my liking. We were surprised to realize that all the rooms.do not have any TV set. Likewise we were shocked to be informed ironing in the rooms is not allowed. Our last night was a nightmare as there was an electricity blackout in the whole area and the facility did not have any available backup system. That's unacceptable after spending so much money.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was attended to every day, clean and neat. Breakfast was good and what really helped is that we had breakfast on the go when we left the lodge to go to the Kruger early every morning. We will recommend this to all our friends and family
