Se nella prenotazione mi scrivi che il parcheggio e la colazione sono inclusi e poi non è così, crei disagio e costringi a questo tipo di recensioni e non ci si può giustificare dicendo che non sai perché appaiono questi servizi nella prenotazione.

Ottima posizione, struttura nuova e pulita

So basically, this stay is a bakery, and the owner has some apartments above it. You are staying in this apartments rooms are really clean nad confortable. Train station is really close, good stay if you wanna visit pompei & vesuvio and also enjoy not so turistic part of the city. The booking listing said they have private parking, but it is not private; it is city parking. You cannot park overnight because they clean the roads and will tow your car. However, in the area close to the stay, there is public parking. It was really strange; they will charge you only during predetermined hours, so basically, if you leave early, you can avoid paying for parking. I paid 0€ for 4 days. The breakfast was very good and sweet, one of the best I've had in my life. However, there were no salty options, but I assume that is typical for southern Italy.

If I could rate it 0 I would. The B&B is actually a serviced flat, therefore really difficult to find. The “reception” is the bar downstairs. The room we booked was a double room and upon entering we noticed the room was bright and airy. Once we checked in, we went for a few hrs walk and when we came back the whole room reeked of sewer! There was an (empty) airfreshner in the bathroom, supposedly to cover the smell. The bathroom had’’t been mopped and the towels had seen better days. Even with the door closed, we were struggling to settle because of the smell. Later on, in the night, I woke up to cockroaches in the shower / bathroom that had also travelled into the room! We had to keep the light on to make sure they don’t make an appearance again. The light fitting was coming away from the ceiling and the amount of dirt under the bed was unacceptable. Around midnight we decided we were going to leave first thing and find different accommodation for the rest of our trip. I contacted the B&B to explain why we left and asked them to refund us. What we got in return was a load of abuse and threats. We were told we were trying to fake the pictures and that they would sue us. I’ve now asked Booking.com to intervene. This has got to be the WORST place ever! No doubt they will respond to this like the have to the other low scores, but trust me - YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE

This was a superb find just outside of Naples and perfect if you are exploring the area. The rooms were located on an whole floor of an apartment block - but very clean and secure with a lockable entrance to the floor and then lockable rooms. Each room is furnished to a very high standard - with modern features and great bathrooms. Air conditioning is provided and we had a room that opened onto the balcony overlooking the sea. The rooms are run through the cafe below which also provided a great breakfast of fresh pastries and coffee. This is highly recommended.

Finding the place was a bit difficult. The SatNav took us to the exact spot but there is no signs or anything. We asked at the cafe and the hosts were waiting for us and expecting us.
