Beech Lodge B&B

We had a perfect stay at Beech Lodge, thanks to our wonderful host Philys and her staff. We have had very nice breakfast and delicious dinners in the comfortable diningroom.

Spend 2 nights at the guesthouse- very friendly hostess with a kind heart! Felt at home - had dinner the first evening- with complimentary glass of wine- Food was good and convenient not to go and look for a restaurant of a long day travelling. Ian supplied us with useful info regarding activities in the region - 2 days far too little to appreciate this beautiful part of Ireland

Such a cute Lodge! By mistake, I booked a room with a shared bathroom. But, it worked out well. The lady of the house was so friendly. She prepared an amazing breakfast. There were breakfast options. I opted for scrambled eggs with smoke salmon. The smoke salmon was the best smoked salmon I ever had. The ones in the supermarkets are so salty. The lady said she gets the salmon from Galway. The lounge was amazing. So warm and welcoming. We opted for this location to be close to Galway but still outside Galway to proceed north easily the next day. We weren't disappointed at all. There was ample space for off-street parking. The room we stayed in was very cute with lovely linen.

Phyllis is very friendly and welcoming. She makes you feel like you are at home. Breakfast is very delicious.
