Phylis is an excellent hostess, a real mother-about-the-house for whom nothing is too much trouble for her guests. It was home from home. She even offered to do our laundry!

Within the price class, you couldn't expect more.

Thie stay here was outstanding. You could not ask for a better host. The rooms were clean and fresh. She prepared a super salmon meal. She made excellent recommendations for visiting Galway

Phyllis is an outstanding individual! My fiancé and I travelled to Ireland and found the Beech Lodge as a place to stay before beginning a tour. We got engaged while staying with Phyllis and she celebrated us like we were her own children! Her cooking is fabulous, her kindness is unmatched, and she welcomed us to Ireland with love! An amazing choice if you’re staying in the Galway area! We love you Phyllis!! ❤️

A bit far from main city

Our host Phyllis was a wonderful and amazing woman, who has resided in the area for many years and was able to answer all our questions. Our room was spacious and comfortable with old-world charm. Nice size modern bathroom and comfy beds Breakfast was really good with several options, hot brekky cooked by Phyllis was lovely. Beautiful table settings and fine china plates etc. made it a true dining experience. We would certainly stay again
