Lulworth Cove Inn

Wonderful room, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and excellent bathroom. Great view towards cove. Extremely comfortable mattress.

Food rather average. Location great but the downside there was quite a lot of noise late into the evening.

Was generally very good ... clean and all we needed.

The location was perfect. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. We also had dinner a couple of times at the restaurant which was very good.

Cleanliness, location, room design

Poor quality of food, cocktails in the menu but no ingredients to serve them and no qualified person to serve them , poor breakfast!, Sunday evening bar area closed very early! Card machine not working, reception not accepting nat west card !, no cash payment, staff make you feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, from start on my question where we can park Ive heard room is not ready yet! Than Ive asked again about parking been told that I get the link sent over the email, I didn’t get that has to be re sent over again! Sunday roast ( they run out from beef and looking not very good tbh) salad leafs out of date with my meal. Problem with settling the final bill( hotel reception hold our card details and could charge anytime we felt like they didn’t want to let us go because they are afraid we might not pay so they sent us link to pay ! ( card machine didn’t work) I think staff need a bit more training and make guest to feel comfortable and welcome. Please state on booking to provide different card than nat west card to avoid stress .
