Although quite small, the room and en suite were good value for money. Separate kitchen for storage and cooking, if necessary, a great boon. Breakfast was well set-up and enjoyable.

Location was great - easy access from train station, to downtown and convenience store across the street. The property was homey and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, looked exactly as seen in pictures. Breakfast was yummy. The hosts were incredibly kind, caring and just lovely people.

Like: Location, price, breakfast, comfort! Above all, hosts Emma & Craig were kind, attentive, and charming! Perfect abode for those in Stratford Upon Avon for RSC! Exceptional… especially for those traveling with friends-twosomes AND threesomes! The communal kitchen was convenient AND fellow guests were a delight.

Room a little more compact than would have liked but otherwise perfect

It was spotless and very nicely decorated. Our room was quite small with twin beds but as we were staying just the one night, it was just what we had hoped. We were given a map of the area and the location was great with just a short walk to the town, restaurants and pubs. The English breakfast was superb. The owners were lovely. Would definitely go back again.
