Property Notes

One-Bedroom House This 17th Century Coach house cottage is both self-catering and self-contained. Willow Cottage is set over 2 floors and is located to the rear of Harmony House with its own private entrance. The bedroom can be configured as super-king or twin beds and has an en-suite shower room accessed through the bedroom. There is a full size pull-down double in the lounge area. Cole and Lewis toiletries are for your use with our compliments. It benefits from its own comfortable lounge, a dining table and a small kitchen where you will find a complimentary continental breakfast hamper* for your first breakfast. The quoted price for Willow Cottage is for 2 adults, however, Willow Cottage can accommodate up to 2 extra adults or children and 2 well behaved dogs at an extra charge. Please note that we do not have any child safety equipment in Willow and so your child will need to be supervised at all times to ensure their safety. Please note, there are low sloping ceilings in the bedroom. *Available for stays of 3 nights or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

The breakfast is amazing. Adele went above and beyond. She gave us extra toast at breakfast. She welcomed us with tea and coffee. She recommended us a beautiful restaurant to celebrate my partner's 40th suprise.

Adele was worm, friendly and made us feel very welcome. My bedroom and bed was extremely comfortable and the bed and bathroom linen was utterly sumptuous. We had ample plug sockets and places to park our items. Harmony House was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was made with top quality ingredients and absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I loved this little b and b the host was magnificent, the breakfast was beautiful and the room was comfortable

Literally the only down side was how far out of York it was but this would be perfect for people who just want to relax

Fab find, great quiet location for us, we attended the Bramham horse event. Lovely to see natural habitat. Laid back living ,quietness , house was all that you would wish for, Adele couldn’t do enough for us, we aren’t tech savvy, she was great.

Everything we required was met .
