Property Notes

One-Bedroom House This 17th Century Coach house cottage is both self-catering and self-contained. Willow Cottage is set over 2 floors and is located to the rear of Harmony House with its own private entrance. The bedroom can be configured as super-king or twin beds and has an en-suite shower room accessed through the bedroom. There is a full size pull-down double in the lounge area. Cole and Lewis toiletries are for your use with our compliments. It benefits from its own comfortable lounge, a dining table and a small kitchen where you will find a complimentary continental breakfast hamper* for your first breakfast. The quoted price for Willow Cottage is for 2 adults, however, Willow Cottage can accommodate up to 2 extra adults or children and 2 well behaved dogs at an extra charge. Please note that we do not have any child safety equipment in Willow and so your child will need to be supervised at all times to ensure their safety. Please note, there are low sloping ceilings in the bedroom. *Available for stays of 3 nights or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Adel was a fantastic host. Nothing was a trouble and so friendly. Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast there as had family staying at Naburn lock caravan park so spent our time there but definitely will next time we book. Can't wait. 👌👏Even little fridge in room with milk etc and complimentary fudge. Unfortunately only had half and forgot to take rest home with me. 😞 Thanks Adel, see you again soon 🥰👌

"An excellent place to stay!"

It was in a quiet location, parking was close. The room was clean and cosy. The fridge in the room had water, milk and some homemade fudge. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Adele was welcoming and friendly.

Lovely village location . Older building, but beautifully appointed and decorated. All very lovely and comfortable. Adele was so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast sounded amazing, but didn’t have opportunity to try on this stay.

What a stunning house! Tasteful and elegant decor throughout with homely features. Adele is the perfect host; attentive yet not overbearing and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and couldn’t be faulted. The room was spotless with plenty of refreshments and little treats left for us to enjoy. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it. A true gem in the heart if God’s own County. Thank you Adele for a truly memorable weekend. Jan & Roy Wacker
