Property Notes

One-Bedroom House This 17th Century Coach house cottage is both self-catering and self-contained. Willow Cottage is set over 2 floors and is located to the rear of Harmony House with its own private entrance. The bedroom can be configured as super-king or twin beds and has an en-suite shower room accessed through the bedroom. There is a full size pull-down double in the lounge area. Cole and Lewis toiletries are for your use with our compliments. It benefits from its own comfortable lounge, a dining table and a small kitchen where you will find a complimentary continental breakfast hamper* for your first breakfast. The quoted price for Willow Cottage is for 2 adults, however, Willow Cottage can accommodate up to 2 extra adults or children and 2 well behaved dogs at an extra charge. Please note that we do not have any child safety equipment in Willow and so your child will need to be supervised at all times to ensure their safety. Please note, there are low sloping ceilings in the bedroom. *Available for stays of 3 nights or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Comfortable airy room. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Fantastic bathroom . Superb breakfast. Adele couldn’t have done more to cater for us and welcome us to her stunning Guest house. Highly recommend as it is a great base for York. Stillingfleet is a charming village with fantastic restaurants a short drive away. We will definitely return.

Exceptionally clean, beautiful location, the facilities were amazing with luxurious rooms, and bathrooms! The breakfast was excellent and the just, Adele, was very welcoming and helpful, you could tell that she really cared about her guests.

"A pleasant Find"

Location good for exploring nearby villages with their histories and th Outlet Mall. It would have ben good too for a visit to York though we didn't have time for that.The accommodation was clean,comfortable and welcoming and the Breakfast good.

Harmony House was exceptionally clean ,very comfortable and tranquil, Adele the owner was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble . Stillingfleet is well placed for going into York on the park and ride which was a 10 minute drive to pick up the bus. There are also some lovely quaint villages close by. Stillingfleet Lodge Gardens is well worth a visit as only a short walk from Harmony House. We shall be returning soon 😃
