Property Notes

One-Bedroom House This 17th Century Coach house cottage is both self-catering and self-contained. Willow Cottage is set over 2 floors and is located to the rear of Harmony House with its own private entrance. The bedroom can be configured as super-king or twin beds and has an en-suite shower room accessed through the bedroom. There is a full size pull-down double in the lounge area. Cole and Lewis toiletries are for your use with our compliments. It benefits from its own comfortable lounge, a dining table and a small kitchen where you will find a complimentary continental breakfast hamper* for your first breakfast. The quoted price for Willow Cottage is for 2 adults, however, Willow Cottage can accommodate up to 2 extra adults or children and 2 well behaved dogs at an extra charge. Please note that we do not have any child safety equipment in Willow and so your child will need to be supervised at all times to ensure their safety. Please note, there are low sloping ceilings in the bedroom. *Available for stays of 3 nights or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Just perfect"

I had a relaxing and enjoyable time there.Adel, the helpful house holder is very funny and kind. She is always willing to help us even at the middle of the night! Everything in the hotel is perfect.The bed is very comfortable .There is a useful kitchen with everything inside such as salt,sugar, clean coffee machines , oven to cook pizza and a microwave••• It’s just like home to me.The environment outside the hotel is great.The trees rustles as the soft wind blow past . Most importantly ,there is a playground not far away the hotel.I went to that playground and I would say it’s just a four minutes walk to be honest. There are lots of interesting activities in the playground.By the way , it is completely made out of wood so it is very biodegradable. In conclusion , this is the best hotel I have ever lived in.You should go there too!😃

I think everything in the hotel is perfect .I wouldn’t suggest to change anything.

"Perfect peaceful location to explore North Yorkshire!"

Location is perfect to explore York, Leeds, Whitby. It’s quiet and comfortable with loads of free parking. The village is beautiful. Rooms are well equipped and warm! Adele is a kind and helpful host, she makes sure you have everything you need and gives great tips on where to go and what to do. We will definitely be back to Harmony House!

"Excellent B&B"

Adele is the perfect host, very welcoming and helpful in recommending local attractions & restaurants. It’s the second time we visited in the space of a year. This time we stayed in the Cornflower room, which was equally as beautiful as the Poppy room. Without doubt we’ll only stay there in the future, as our stays have been faultless
