"A very cozy and beautifully rustic bed and breakfast and a very quiet road just minutes from Oneonta."

The property was easy to find and well maintained. It was a very easy 15 minute ride to SUNY Oneonta. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was decorated very nicely. The owner was very sweet and accommodating to our special college graduation schedule. We got to meet the chickens and see one of her cats briefly! The bedrooms do not have TVs, but the main sitting area does which was very comfortable. The front porch, which is enclosed, gave a beautiful view of the sunset. The scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious and I even got to meet the chicken who laid them!

I would’ve preferred to completely glass enclosed shower (there is a 1/2 glass wall) or a curtain for privacy as it was a little chilly with the bathroom air coming in.

Anna welcomed us to their home. She is very pleasant to talk to. She made us feel at home. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Thank you Anna (and Rob).
