Breakfast was good! Room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable.

Was pretty warm downstairs, but our room as perfect

Expected more of a flower farm

Our hosts were very friendly and personable. They gave us ideas as where to eat as well as places to visit. Breakfast was great and I loved the Chickens!!!

Maybe a TV in my bedroom; although, the TV downstairs did give us an opportunity to meet some of the other guests while watching the playoffs together.

A beautiful old house with so many delightful features, sympathetically designed in a calm and relaxing colour pallette. Extremely comfortable bed, loved the spa bath and great shower. Anna and Rob made us very welcome, and we wished our stay was longer. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to nearby Cooperstown as recommended, and of course the fall foliage colour was splendid as we drove through. We struggled a bit navigating with our GPS but this is our first visit to the States and sometimes you find amazing places by getting lost!

Nothing - it was a lovely place which we will encourage our American family and friends to visit.

Clean simple farmhouse style. Quiet and well kept. Very peaceful with lovely hot breakfast every morning. Anna and Ron are wonderful hosts and are available to help in any way to answer questions or directions if needed but also very respectful of their guests privacy.

Its close to the two lane road but honestly its not frequently travelled by cars or trucks and for us was very quiet and surprisingly did not disturb our sleep.

I loved the bed and room. The bed was super comfy and the family was amazing. The place was very clean, and updated. Host was amazing and welcoming. We loved the area, the property and the chicken greeting us. That's made my heart sing.

I didn't care for the cats inside the home. However I am allergic so maybe it's just me. But it made me only be able to be in my room because of it. The shower was freezing with not good pressure but the water was hot. The half door was not comfortable at all because it let a lot of heat out. The bathroom was outside the room I would have prefer it to be in the room.

Excellent breakfast

The owners, Anna and Rob were down to earth, unassuming, friendly and excellent hosts. They both have a background in hospitality so hard work and treating guests well comes natural to both of them. My wife and I look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Although when we first approached the property, first impressions were low, we were soon greeted by Rob, the husband owner who graciously carried our big heavy suitcase upstairs to our room. This was just the beginning of their great hospitality!
