"Beautiful location,"

The breakfast was by far the best we have ever had . Freshly made pasty with hand made puff pastry, freshly baked bread, perfectly crisp bacon and creamy scrambled eggs sourced from the chickens running free.

The setting was perfect, quiet country escape. Perfect location for the Little League tournaments, which is why we went; close to Oneonta and Cooperstown. Breakfast was delicious learned soo much about chickens, Ann and Rob are great hosts, very welcoming and personable!

TV would have been nice in the bedroom.

"A unique and calming two nights with amazing people"

This was an exceptional stay, and every detail was full of care and personality. Even the chickens on the property whose eggs were served for breakfast had their own personalities and details! Anna and Rob were gracious hosts, making sure to chat and really take the time to get to know their guests and take an interest. Truly a wonderful experience, comfortable beds and rooms, privacy if you want it, and delicious breakfast!
