Lovely house close to the amazing Warwick Castle, which you see as soon as you step out of the house. Room was spacious and modernized. Superb breakfast and very welcoming host. Highly recommend.

Lovely room with access to the garden room. The location, 5 minutes walk from Warkworth Castle was perfect and our host Linda was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a delight. Would stay again.
