"Lovely homely stay in a superb quiet location."

Perfect in every way, the location was excellent as near to the Bosworth battlefield. The farm itself is welcoming, the quietness made for a lovely night's sleep. The breakfast was lovely and lots of options. Very homely which made for a brilliant stay!

Ethel was amazing. Very helpful. Accommodated late check in due to long journey. Was very prompt answering messages on site. Lovely location. So quiet and relaxing. Great value for money.

Very popular B&B so had last room - opposite the dining room which was a little noisy, but up early anyway!

"My stay at Vale Farm was perfect."

My stay at Vale Farm was perfect. I was greeted on arrival by my friendly host Ethel and shown to my room which was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, there were lots of electric sockets and nice big bath towel. It is a very peaceful place. After I checked out at 10:00 am, Ethel kindly let me stay and eat my breakfast in her breakfast room. Another bonus was being able to park right in front of the room.
