Best location ive stayed in so far in grange over sands. Very central to all amenities close to the promonade. The building is a listed property with so much character. The room had the wow factor as soon as you enter the character features and beautiful four poster bed pleases the eye. The bathroom was also very nice modern yet full of character loved the roman shutters. Balcony off the room with veiws over the sea a fantastic feature. Breakfast was exceptional the hosts went the extra mile in providing exotic fruits. The welcome bar and tea and coffee supplies are generous and the coffee is actually a new favourite of mine. We met the hosts breifly in the morning who prepared breakfast and brought it to the room. Lovely jolly people who really take good care of their guests. Would highly reccomend to friends and family.

The room was very large and comfortable and the sort of place that will etch itself into your memory - in a good way! The view of the bay was very, very impressive. We were lucky to have sun all the time and it flooded into the room every morning. I used the roll top bath every day and it was a real luxury. The bed was really comfortable. There was also an overhead shower in the bathroom, with some wonderfully old fashioned sanitary ware! Alex and Georgie served breakfast in the room every morning. There was a good choice including porridge, full English breakfast, salmon and oa veggie option, and the food was excellent. Our hosts were lovely and made us feel really welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we enjoyed chatting to them. We wish them all the best for the future and will certainly stay with them again should we be in the area.

The room was very comfortable, super comfy bed, seating area, beautifully decorated with lovely little features, loved the roll top bath, and breakfast served at the table in the room!

Wow! What a beautiful bed and breakfast. The exterior is deceiving, the small entrance hides one of the grandest rooms we have ever stayed in! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay in the Old Library. The decor and the view from the private balcony are amazing. The room is up there with the best we have stayed in, so much character! Our hosts were superb too, so friendly and welcoming. Serving an absolutely delicious breakfast to the room, where you can overlook the bay as you eat is such an excellent touch. We honestly did not want to leave. What an absolute gem of a place. We do plenty of short breaks and have stayed in a lot of hotels, this has to be one of the best we have stayed in.

Everything was perfect.
