We had a wonderful stay at the Frizenham Farm House. It was super relaxing, perfect to calm down, plus the wonderful garden, the animals, the dogs, and of course the Hosts where just a delight. We loved the room, which was very nicely decorated yet modern and quite big. The breakfast was outstanding and we had some wonderful chats with Claire but also with the other guests, which is exactly why we love such accommodations. Absolute Gem, and perfect to check out the area northern part of Devon & Exmoor. Highly recommended!

Clare is such a lovely host. A beautiful farmhouse in a very peaceful setting. The room is large and exceptionally clean. If you need to switch off from the world this is the place to visit. Very good value for money. Ideal location to visit places like Clovelly and Rosemoor. Clare’s cooked breakfast is the best 😊

"A lovely place if you are looking for good home made food in a quiet atmosphere."

Clare and Mike really lovely people. The breakfast and dinner we had were all home made and prepared with a lot of care. The place itself was extremely quiet and tranquil and they have lots of animals which is lovely! The rooms were extremely clean and the beds really comfortable and roomy. Had a really good stay and would recommend to others.

"A Gardener's Delight"

We were in the area to visit RHS Rosemore and this B&B was almost an extension to that garden. The conservatory by which you enter is full of a wonderful array of tropical plants and the gardens are extensive. The welcome is very friendly, the large double bed very comfortable with a good ensuite. A good breakfast is included which is mainly home produced products including fruits and eggs. A very quiet location and ample parking.
