"Nice stay, helpful staff"

Natalia, the manager, was so kind and helpful with accepting the shipment of skis, communicating about the status, and making sure they were shipped back. She also arranged taxis for us with a local company, because we didn't speak the language. The room was clean and comfortable, with adequate space. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, with lots of options - eggs, fruit, salads, yogurt and cereal.

Be aware that the hotel is situated on a steep hill. It was quite a climb for someone not used to it. There were restaurants nearby for meals, but it was a difficult walk down and up in the snow. The train station also is close by, but you have to walk down the steep hill to get to the hotel. If you are young and fit, it's no problem.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca PKP, co jest sporym atutem w przypadku podróży pociągiem (możliwość wypadu do Jakuszyc / Czech). Okolica cicha i spokojna, w niedalekiej odległości od centrum. Obiekt zadbany, pokoje przestronne i czyste. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą obiektu.

"Niet goed, wegens taal probleem"

Een vroeg ontbijt vanwege een vroege start van een wedstrijd.

Er stond dat ze Pools, Engels en Duits spreken. Bij ontvangst werd alles in het pools uitgelegd. Versta ik niet. Geen Engels. Geen Duits. Schriftelijke informatie was uitsluitend in het Pools. Als ik dat geweten had , was ik niet naar dit hotel gegaan. ( vlak voor vertrek was er iemand die wel Engels sprak)
