the owner is super helpul, breakfast was delicious and abundant, the cakes are homemade and I enjoyed the peace. super clean, very near to Santarcangelo, Verrucchio, San Leo. away from busy roads, sorrounded by cultivated fields. It is possible to use the fridge and the kitchen to prepare some salads and snacks or warm some food up, I really felt at home.

It was very clean and comfortable and had everything for our needs. Very convenient for an overnight stay on our way south.

Delicious breakfast especially the homemade cakes. The apartman was spotlessly clean and there was airco in both rooms.

The property looks like in the pictures and feels like home. Breakfast was great. The room was beautiful and specious, same for the bathroom. Everything was tidy and we had all needed amenities. The room was quiet and the host was very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillow were comfortable. There are some stairs you need to climb at the entrance, yet should not be a problem. There is also parking available just near the property.

Just love it. Romantic, clean, specius, with lots of details. Could live there. Complimentary to the host.
