Location: 9/10 close to San Marino (~30min drive), away from highway, no traffic noise at night. Host: 10/10 she is very nice and friendly. Although she doesn’t speak good English, communicate should be sufficient with translator. We arrived late (~around 10:30), but she waited for us. Grazie~ Breakfast: 8/10 although not a variety of foods, just with ham, cheese and cakes, she made omelets for us! On that day we might be the only guests stayed, she prepared a full table with foods. Room: 9/10 like a boutique hotel, it is more like a home stay. Decorating makes you feel like home. Clean and tidy.

Air conditioner: 6/10 used for heating, however no sleeping mode, noisy even with slowest fan speed. Had to turn it off before sleep.

Friendly welcoming reception. Parking on site ... at the door. Access to all of the facilities of the main dining/kitchen area, including use of refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. at any time of day, and also laundry facilities if needed. Availability of excellent restaurants in Santarcangelo di Romagna, within 10-15 minutes drive.

The only thing missing for us was the provision of fresh fruit for breakfast. Had we done more homework and realised this, we could have taken our own. Everything else was perfectly fine. We were very pleased with our stay.

Everything was fine

The property was very clean and cosy. The vintage style is so cute. The breakfast was good and the owners were very friendly (they do not speak fluent English, but with google translate we comunicated well). We were traveling with a car and were able to park it right next to the house. Overall I would definetly recomend this booking.

It was the best accomodation we had in Italia! Thanks to the host, especially for the nice breakfast and the hint to visit San Leo. We had a beautiful trip :) We wish all the best for you! Jana and Fabian
