Villa Caotorta

Everything about the property was thoughtfully done. It is beautiful inside and out, very comfortable, clean and welcoming.

Magnifique maison (discrète depuis la rue), magnifique intérieur. Merveilleuse et chaleureuse hôtesse, propriétaire des lieux avec son époux d'excellent conseil pour la meilleure pizzeria des environs (mais pas que pour les pizzas !). Belle literie, très confortable matelas (moelleux), magnifique petit-déjeuner (bio en plus), délicieux gâteau maison. Merci infiniment. Serrement au cœur en repartant.

Tout. La villa et le jardin sont magnifiques, aménagés avec goût dans les moindres détails. Petit déjeuner parfait au son feutré des 4 saisons de Vivaldi! C’est exactement l’atmosphère de l’endroit. L’accueil, la gentillesse et les précieux conseils des Hôtes enrichissent encore l’expérience. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans cette magnifique région et à 40 minutes de Venise!

Absolutely beautiful villa and the land surrounding it, its even more beautiful than on the pictures. Mara and Valerio are amazing hosts and apparently love spoiling their guests :) Spottless clean room and bathroom and a very comfy bed. Cant go without mentioning Mara's breakfast as its just amazing, homemade jams and fresh eggs from their own chickens, lots of fresh fruit, warm bread and the best homemade traditional tiramisu we had.. Would absolutely love to visit again if we are ever near Ponzano. Thank you again and all the best to the whole family!

Villa caotorta, is more than you can ask for. The family is welcoming and helpful in every possible way. Our stay was magical. Its pure italian magic. The breakfast was amazing! The garden is magical. Just perfect! Would recomend 100000%

There is nothing not to like about the accommodation. Mara and her family are the perfect hosts and go out of their way to make sure that their guests feel at home and absolutely welcome. The room is very comfortable and clean and very tastefully decorated and the breakfast is sumptuous. The house and the grounds are amazing set in a very quiet and peaceful environment.

Everything was perfect. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Whole vibe of the building Is extraordinary and I feel sorry for people who miss on this chance to stay there. Our last night we enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with the hosts - even though we don’t speak Italian it wasn’t a barrier and we spent 2 hours talking using google translate. The breakfast was super tasty - we got asked at what time we want a breakfast, what we like to eat and end up with much choice of prosciutto, formagio, bread, scrambled eggs, jams, tiramisu etc. 😂. Room and bathroom were super clean and bed… the most comfortable bed that I slept on - for real. If you want to get real Italian experience I highly recommend you to visit this wonderful family. Considering a car cost on booking.com is around ~25eur per day and you got so many great places to see using the car near this area, it’s such a loss if you miss on this chance.

The owners of the Villa are simply charming. We fell in love… The room was spacious and homely decorated. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was elegant and rich; great breakfast!
